Mommy2Bee Home Visiting Service is a culturally responsive maternal health program dedicated to supporting expecting and new mothers and their families through personalized, in-home care. Founded with a mission to reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes for underserved communities—particularly Hispanic families in Nassau County—Mommy2Bee provides bilingual, holistic, and evidence-based education, support, and resources from pregnancy through the postpartum period.
Our services include:
Prenatal and postpartum education
Breastfeeding and infant feeding support
Emotional wellness check-ins and maternal mental health screenings
Referrals to social and community services
Culturally tailored resources and advocacy
Delivered by experienced maternal-child health professionals, Mommy2Bee meets families where they are—literally and figuratively—to ensure they feel informed, empowered, and cared for during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.
